Code Enforcement
The Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) is responsible for the administering and enforcing of various local Town ordinances including land use regulation, shoreland zoning and other ordinances. The CEO also provides assistance with guiding people through the maze of federal, state and local rules/regulations.
It is recommended that you contact the CEO prior to the start of any construction to inquire which permits are required to your operations.
