The new playground which is located adjacent to the Woodland Elementary School is a huge addition to the community. The idea was brought forth to the town council by community members in 2022 and they were in full support of this project.
This project was headstarted by the playground committee whose members included: Betty Troiani, Alecia Curtis, Carl Ripley, and Ryan Lincoln. Along with the committee, a huge thanks goes to the community support that was involved with the completion of this project. The playground will enable children and families to create great memories. A great addition within the community to have a place to relax, and have some fun in town.
